Stylin' Stampin' Squad Blog Hop January/ Spring Catalog

Hello and welcome to our January Blog Hop. This month we are featuring the new Spring Catalog. There are so many wonderful new items and I can't wait to try them all. Whether you are just joining the hop or if you have traveled from Rose's Blog I hope you continue along the way and please leave a comment or two as we love to hear from the views.
My first card using quite a few new supplies and was one of the first stamp sets that I had to have. The supplies are as follows:
Oh, Hello Stamp Set, Oval Collections Framelits Dies, Tea Lace Paper Doilies, Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Hearts a Flutter Framelits Dies, Baja Breeze Card Stock and Stampin Write Marker, Calypso Coral Stampin' Write Marker and Ink Pad, Early Espresso Card Stock and Stampin' Write Marker, Island Indigo Card Stock and Stampin' Write Marker, Lucky Limeade Stampin' Write Marker, Pretty in Pink Stampin' Write Marker, So Saffron Stampin' Write Marker, Very Vanilla Card Stock, Crumb Cake Card Stock, Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Very Vanilla Seam Binding, and Sponges.

My second card is a birthday card that I created by my 15 year old's Birthday which was yesterday. I saw an idea similar to this one on Pinterest by Jill Hilliard and just knew the layout would be perfect for him. Jill used cash to make her candles just I went with Designer Paper from the new Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack. The rest of the supplies are:
Crumb Cake Card Stock, Midnight Muse Card Stock and Ink Pad, Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Summer Starfruit Card Stock, Primrose Petals Stampin' Write Marker, Very Vanilla Card Stock, Blossom Petals Builder, and Bring on the Cake Stamp Set. I used Sticky Strip to attach the candles to the card for extra staying power.
I hope you enjoyed my projects for today's hope. Your next stop is Dawn's Creative Chalet. You can click the next button below or you can use the links provided below. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day! Tonya

I love the seam binding and doily combo with that stamp set. Cute! And that birthday card is great for any age, I think. :-)

Such a great color combination for your first the espresso, coral, and blue together! Those doilies look so fun to play with. Looks like I'll be adding them to my list. ;) And, the candle birthday card is AWESOME!! Love the deep colors.
