Easy Events Thank you!

Good morning, well I was just to tired last night after our final evening of Vacation Bible School to post so I will share with you today a new card I made from the Easy Events Stamp Set. Yes, I really do like this set. I wondered when I first ordered it but I knew I needed a set that would work for multiple occassions and this one fits the bill. It is also one of the sets that is in the Special $99 Starter Kit that ends tomorrow. Getting your Starter Kit is as easy as going online. No paperwork to fill out or mail in and once you have signed up online your kit will soon be on its way to your doorstep. Now back to the card. The base is Peach Parfait and it is texturized with the Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the Big Shot. I used just a little bit of the Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper. The flowers are stamped with the Basic Gray Classic Stampin' Pad on Whisper White Card Stock that we cut out with the Circle #2 Originals Dies and the Big Shot. To make the flowers So Saffron in color I stamped the flowers again on So Saffron Card Stock then cut them out with the Paper Snips and to add just a bit of dimension and shine a covered them with Crystal Effects after I added them to the card. The Circle is added to a 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch that in made from Marina Mist Card Stock. Other than waiting for the Crystal Effects to dry this is a pretty quick card and is one that I could easy show you at a workshop. Do you need a night out with the friends? If so then give me a call and we can set up a party just for you. Thanks for stopping by today, I have a long to do this so I had better run. I hope you stop by again, Tonya

Join in July for Just $99 and Get a FREE Project Kit

I mentioned yesterday the Christmas Box that you can receive free if you sign up this month to become a demonstrator. Well, Shelli (aka the cofounder of Stampin'Up!) posted this video of the box and the other supplies you receive in the Special $99 Starter Kit. I just had to share with you. One of the highlights of my first Stampin'Up! event which was Regionals was to meet Shelli and get my picture taken with her. She is such a wonderfully sweet person and I always look forward to the chance to see her whenever I am at a Stampin'UP! event. If you join the Stampin'Up! family you could meet Shelli next year at Convention. Give me a call and we can talk about what a great opportunity the Special $99 Starter Kit is. Sign up is easy and you can do it online in no time at all. Have a great day and I will be posting a card later this evening. Thanks, Tonya

How would you like to get the supplies to make this beautiful box? What if I told you that you could get the supplies for free? Are you interested? Well, it is available for free but you only have until July 31st to get it. Stampin'Up! is running a great special right now that includes two stamp sets, four classic stamp pads, 1 assorted package of 8 1/2"x 11" Card Stock, 1 package of Designer Series Paper, 1 Roll of 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon, 20 Note Cards, Clear Mount Block C, 1 Blender Pen and a SNAIL Adhesive for only $99 this price also includes business supplies to help you start your own business. Not interested in starting a Stampin'UP! business that's okay we can work something out with the supplies. The best part is not only do you get all the wonderful Stampin'Up! products, which includes the Christmas Project shown above but you will also receive the Stampin' Success Magazine each month, have access to Stampin' Connections (which is a wonderful online site where demonstrators share their ideas), receive 30% commission on your first order if placed within 45 days, and you have until January 2012 to decide if you want to continue as a demonstrator or just drop nothing else to do and you get to keep all the supplies. In addition I will help you host your first workshop, by planning the projects, presenting and you get all the orders. Whether you have been a demonstrator before or just joining for the first time this offer is open to you.

My goal is to add at least one new downline this month and I would love it if you would help me meet this goal. Call or email me if you have any questions. I am so happy I made the decision to sign up and I was only doing it for the discount and almost 7 years later I am still loving the discount but more than that I love all the new people that Stampin'Up! has allowed me to meet and become friends with. Thanks for stopping by and I hope to talk to you soon, Tonya

Yet another Quilted Bag

Good afternoon, I seem to be in a stamping slump right now. I guess because I don't have a upcoming project that I need my MOJO has taken a few days off and instead of show you the last Christmas card I thought I would share with you another Teacher's bag that I made in May. I really like the prints I used in this bag and should go back and see if they have any more. I am in the mood to sew so maybe I should just switch for a day or two. This bag uses the Scallop Square Clear Die which allows me to cut out several layers at one time and makes getting to the sewing stage so much faster. Would you like to see how the Big shot works with fabric, metal or cork? Give me a call and we can schedule a private demonstration. Enjoy your day and thanks for stopping by, Tonya

Pennant Parade Christmas

Good afternoon, this week is flying by and I have a lot on my to do list so I am going to keep this short. Today's card is such a fun and easy one to make and we will be making it tomorrow night at my Christmas In July Card Class. I haven't started cutting yet so if you let me know by tonight I can still add you to the class. The base is Wild Wasabi and the other colors I used were Poppy Parade and Early Espresso. The stamp set is Pennant Parade which is included in the July $99 Special Kit. Contact me if you would like to purchase your kit and get all the wonderful supplies that go with it. Plus I have lots of ideas for the stamp sets that are in the kit that will get you off and stamping. I used Stampin Write Markers for the tree bases and then used the Classic Ink pad to stamp the tree and punch them out with the new Petite Pennants Builder Punch. I also used the cut little Jewelry Tag punch for the merry that is hanging from the Early Espresso Bakers Twine. For Big Shot items I used the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder and the Scallop Square Duo. This is another card that would be great to mass produce even if you didn't have the Big Shot as the Poppy Parade Card Stock could be left square and not scalloped and the card would be just as cute. Thanks for stopping and let me know if you would like to purchase the supplies to make this card or any of my cards. Have a great day, Tonya

Christmas in July

Good morning, I know that across much of the country there is a heat wave and we too are affected by it here in the Midwest but I am holding my Christmas in July Card Class this Friday and maybe the thought of Christmas will help cool us off. Today is the final day to let me know if you are attending or not. You can email or even leave me a message here if you would like to attend. This card is a case from the Catalog except the sample in the catalog is a framed art piece and I wanted a simple card. There is only one stamp set used and the supplies are pretty simple too. You will need the Something for Christmas Stamp, Marina Mist, Whisper White and Early Espresso Card Stock, Riding Hood Red Taffeta Ribbon, Early Espresso, Riding Hood Red, Old Olive and Marina Mist Stampin Write Markers, Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the Big Shot. The Stamp is in the Ala Carte section and is only $9.95. Each person will make 3 of this card and 3 of the other 3 designs for a total of 12 cards. The cost is only $15 with envelopes including in the cost.
I will share another card tomorrow but until then have a great day and try and stay cool. Maybe just stay inside and stamp. ;) Thanks for stopping by today, Tonya

Workshop Happiness Always

Good morning! I already posted about the new digital downloads that are available today so if you would like to see those please scroll down. Today's card is one that we did at my workshop Friday. I wanted to use the Fifth Avenue Floral set but wanted to keep the technique simple since it was a workshop. The layout is similar to another card which I will share later with you. The supplies we used are Bravo Burgandy, Card Stock and Classic Ink Pad, Pretty in Pink 5/8" Satin Ribbon, Pink Pirouette Card Stock and Classic Ink Pad, Basic Gray Classic Ink Pad, Saraha Sand Card Stock and Very Vanilla Card Stock. We used the Happy Greetings Stamp Set and the Scallop Trim Border Punch. This card makes a really quick and easy wedding card and can be changed to match the colors of any wedding.

Today is a creating day for me so I had better get busy and start stamping. I have at least four projects that I want to complete and then of course share with you. :) Thanks for stopping by today and as always let me know if I can be of any help. Tonya

Workshop Card and a Great Deal!

Good morning, Wow what a weekend! It was a lot of fun and I am ready to tackle the week ahead. I have a great deal for you today and a fun card we did at a workshop I had on Friday night. Thanks Carla and family for hosting and for such a fun evening. :) First for the card it uses a new stamp set and new Designer Series Paper. The Stamp set is Easy Events and covers so many events in your life. Like Birthdays, Christmas, Weddings, new Babies and more. This is a great starter set for someone that is new to stamping. The Designer Series Paper is Just Add Cake and has so many fun colors that sometimes it is hard to pick which ones to use. I used Blushing Bride, Baja Breeze, Early Espresso and Poppy Parade. The image was stamped with Basic Gray so the image could be watercolored. This gave everyone the chance to try out the Aquapainter and the Blender Pens. We also added Dazzling Diamonds with 2 Way Glue. See the cute scallop border below the designer paper? That was created by punching out 3/4" Circle and mounting them behind the paper. Love the look and it was so simple to create. A little 1/8" Early Espresso Taffeta Ribbon was added to just below the image and it was added to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Now for the great deal. This stamp set and Designer Series Paper are all part of our Limited Time $99 Starter Kit. This kit is only available in July and contains over $185 worth of supplies. Now some of you might be wanting to earn extra income or just want a discount on our great products but did you know that you can get the kit and not purchase another item, but if you would like to make this a business then I have an extra offer for you. When you get your kit through me and join my team of demonstrators I will help you with your first workshop or open house. If you are local I will attend your event and help you with your presentation and display. If you are out of town then I will help you with project ideas to help you get started. I would really love to add you to my team so please give me a call to find out more and signing up is easy and can all be done online. Even if you aren't in the area I can still help you start your business. Well, I am off to meet my friend Sarah and hear all about Convention and get my goodies from her. So I will have news to share with you later. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day, Tonya
