Good morning, I have a card swap to share with you today that I received at convention a few years ago. This is one of the stamp sets that is retiring soon and also one that I don't have in my stash of sets. The set is Out West and includes not only the man on the horse image but also a cowboy hat, boot, horse shoe and longhorn skull. Flowers for Grandma

Hello, May is flying by. All of my kids are now out of school and of course the retiring items will soon be gone but it isn't to late to order. I have my cases of catalogs so if you would like one please let me know and I will get a catalog in your hands. I have some of the new product but haven't had a chance to play yet. Hopefully soon though. Today I wanted to share my Grandma's Mother's Day gift. She is blessed to have a lot of great grandchildren and with a small space it is hard to display all their pictures so I thought a garden with all of her greats blooming from the flowers would be cute. I used the Big Shot and the Fancy Folds Flower Die to cut all the flowers out of Real Red, Tempting Turquoise and Daffodil Delight Card Stock then I texturized the flowers before adding each child's picture and a dowel rod. The ribbon is retired but any cute ribbon would do around your container. Grandma enjoyed her gift and now she can show off her kids. A few more One Sheet Wonder Cards

Good morning, I have so much going on, with the upcoming catalog release and new classes that I am planning. It is a very exciting time to be a demonstrator. One Sheet Wonder Cards

Hello and good morning! I am posting this as I wait for the new catalog to post for Demonstrators. I only have a few more minutes and it is one of the perks to being a demonstrator. Today I wanted to share a closer picture of two of the cards I posted for the Blog Hop. They will be two of the cards that we will be making at my class this Friday night. There are other color options available for the class but for my samples I used Rose Red, Regal Rose and Blushing Bride with just a big of Sahara Sand. All images are stamped on Whisper white Card Stock and the stamp sets I used are Fifth Avenue Floral and Sincere Salutations. Both sets have been favorites of mine and I will miss them but hope to see some exciting new sets tonight that will take their place. Stylin' Stampin' Squad May Blog Hop

Hello it is once again time for our Blog Hop! Did you just come from Rose's blog? If so welcome if not then you can continue around and make the complete Blog Hop. Leave us comment so we know that you stopped by. Today I have several projects to share with you some for Mom and one is a 3-D item with my daughter in mind. With May being the last month to get the retiring items I wanted to focus on several of the retiring items. So I pulled out one of my favorite sets that will soon be unavailable Fifth Avenue Floral and decided to do a One Sheet Wonder and see how many cards I could make. I was able to do six with one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of Whisper White Card Stock. The colors are Blushing Bride, Regal Rose, Rose Red and Sahara Sand as a neutral. I also used the Sincere Salutaions Stamp Set that is also retiring soon and several of the retiring ribbons. These cards would be perfect to give mom for Mother's Day so she is ready for card giving through out the year.

 The next project is made with the Summer Smooches Fabric and don't worry if you missed purchasing it last month because it will be available again in June when the new catalog comes out. I wanted to make a skirt for my daughter and when I asked her how she wanted it made she mentioned that she would like it to have a jean top.  So I upcycled a pair of jeans that had a hole in them and cut off just the top portion then added an under skirt and added the ruffles in layers. I used one package of fabric on this skirt and I really like the way it turned out. What a great way to use a pair of old jeans and make them something fun and useful again.
