March Stampin' Stylin' Blog Hop

Thank you so much for joining us for our March Stylin' Stampin' Squad Blog Hop!  Temperatures are on the rise and there is just one short week until the official first day of Spring!  We are all so ready to put away our snowflakes and break out the flowers in our craft rooms!  Stampin' Up! has so many options for Spring-time flowers and we are showing you just a few of those today!

As you hop along, please be sure to comment and show some love on every blog! We are always excited to hear from our followers! You should have just left stop number (12) on the Stylin’ Stampin’ Squad blog hop – (Jennifer C. of Happy 2 Scrap Life). If so, you are in the right spot. If a link doesn’t work or you get off track, you will find the full blog hop lineup below.
Today's cards feature flowers and I thought I would share cards that feature Sale-a-bration items that have flowers since it will soon be ending. The layouts are similar. The card uses the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper, the You're Lovely Stamp Set, and the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder all from the Sale-a-bration Catalog. The colors are Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Cantaloupe, Basic Black, and Summer Starfruit. Other supplies are Vintage Faceted Buttons, Doilies, Banner Framelits, Deco Labels Framelits, Bitty Butterfly Punch, Silver Glitter Paper, Basic Rhinestones.
My next card is a simple card with little stamping that uses the Petite Pairs Stamp Set and the Heartfelt Banner Kit that is free this month. I used Strawberry Slush, Crumb Cake and Basic Black card stock too. The sentiment is stamped with Jet Black but the flowers are all ready on the banner so this card is super quick to put together. I did add just a bit of sparkle on the flowers with the 2 way Glue and the Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. I hope you enjoyed today's cards and that you travel along and check out the other designers. Have a great day! Tonya

Using the banner was a great and fun idea! I gonna have to case this idea...I have several banners left from kits just sitting in the box not being used. Great job with your projects!

Very nice cards :) I especially love the second one. What a neat idea to use a banner from the kit on the card.

Oh boy! Such pretty cards! I love them each for different reasons! The doily on the one and the pennant on the other! My favorite accessories! Thanks so much for sharing!
