Candles a Plenty!

Good morning, today I wanted to share a Card for the upcoming Bring of the Brithday Cards Class. This card features the Bring on the Cake Stamp Set and the Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper. I also used the Build a Blossom Stamp Set and the coordinating Blossom Petals Builder Punch to make the flames on the candles. The base of the card is Peach Parfait. This card went together pretty quickly with the help of our wonderful punches that make it a snap to make. It might be hard to see in the picture but there is Dazzling Diamonds on each of the flames. We will make three cards of this design for the class as well as three of 4 other designs for a total of 15 cards. If you would like more info or would like to RSVP to reserve your spot please contact me.

Also be sure and scroll down for the post on the Tax Free Items that are available this weekend in Missouri. Today is another busy day so I am going to keep this short. I hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by, Tonya

More Build a Blossom

Good morning! I am back again today with a new card. I sure missed sharing with you and am so glad to be back. Today's card is one that we did at Hannah's birthday party last weekend. It used Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz and Whisper White Card Stock. The polka dot paper is Designer Series Paper from the Cottage Garden Series. The stamp set is Build a Blossom and if you have not purchased it yet don't wait. After this month it is not available (unless it makes the new catalog in July, please, please) I have loved using it the last four months and will be sad to put it away. The sentiment is from Oval All Stamp Set. I used several punches including the Scallop Oval, 1 3/4x 7/8 Oval Punch and the Blossom Petals Punch which is also in the Occassions Mini. Thanks for stopping by today and have a great weekend, Tonya

Trio of Blossoms

Wow has this week gone by quickly and I just realized that I haven't stamped a new card all week. Looks like I had better get busy so you have something new to look at tomorrow. Today's card is a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" card. It uses the Build a Blossom Stamp Set and Blossom Petals Punch. It also uses the Sincere Salutations Stamp Set. The colors on this card are Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Basic Gray and Whisper White. The supplies are left over from a workshop I had last month. I used a smaller blossom petal and made three flowers for this card. I also used the 1/2" Circle Punch to make the centers for the flowers. I hope we get to see some real flowers before to long. I am ready for the warm weather to arrive. This would be a perfect pick-me-up card for someone special in your life.
Stampin'Up! announced yesterday that the Ornament Punch is now available to order and the issues with the punch have been worked out. If you have been waiting to order it contact me and we will get your order placed. Have a great day and thanks for stopping by, Tonya

I miss the Sun!

Good morning, what a morning it has been at our house and it isn't even 8am yet, but instead of boring you with the details why don't I share with you a card we made at Jennifer's workshop last week. I know that I have shared several other Build a Blossom Cards with you but I really love this set and can't help sharing it with others whenever I am stamping with a new group of people and since it is a bright cheering Daffodil Delight color it makes be smile on this not so bright and sunny day. I do have hope that we will be seeing the sun soon and warmer temperatures. The rest of the supplies for the card are Old Olive Card Stock and Classic Stamp Pad, Daffodil Delight Card Stock and Classic Stamp Pad, Whisper White Card Stock, Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set, Blossoms Petal Punch, 1/2" Circle Punch, Build a Brad, Word Window Punch, Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the Big Shot. It looks like a lot of supplies but really the card goes together really quickly with the Blossom Petal Punch and it is a great card to cheer up someone in your life. Have you sent a handmade card recently just because? If not why don't you make a few and send them I know the people that receives them will be happy you did. Well, I am off to get the boys to school and start my day. Hope you have a great one and thanks for stopping by, Tonya
