Pennant Parade

Good morning, sorry for not posting last night I had every intention of doing so after club but I some how got busy doing other things and forgot. Today's card is one that we made at club this week and uses a fun new stamp set that I recommend everyone should get ;) and of course you need to coordinating punch. This card is pretty simple to make and would be a fun one to make in lots of different colors just to have on hand for those birthday's that pop up and you forgot a card. For this card we used Crumb Cake Card Stock for the base and Baja Breeze, Rich Razzleberry, and Island Indigo which is one of the new In Colors for 2011-2012. Isn't it pretty. I love the new ruffled ribbon in Island Indigo and need to figure out a project just for the ribbon. So the other supplies are Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Big Shot, Whisper White Baker's Twine, 1" Circle Punch, 3/4" Circle Punch, 1/2" Circle Punch, Petite Pennants Builder Punch, 1/16" Circle Punch, Versamark, Classic Ink Pads in the three colors and the Pennant Parade Stamp Set. Oh, I almost forgot that I added Rhinestones to the center of the circles too, just for a little bling. We will be using this stamp set at my upcoming Christmas In July Class which is next Friday. Pennant Parade is such a verstile stamp set take a look and then give me a call or order your set today.

Thanks for stopping by and please let me know if I can help you with any of your Stampin'UP! questions. Tonya

Wedding Favor!

Good evening, what a fun evening tonight at Stamp Club! Love getting together to stamp and chat with everyone. Tomorrow night is another fun Stamp Club night, so more fun with the ladies. Tonight I am going to share a wedding favor that I recently made for a sample for a upcoming wedding. We aren't going with this idea so I thought I would share it with you now. The colors are Elegant Eggplant, Perfect Plum, Whisper White and Basic Black. The other supplies are the Matchbox Bigx XL Die, Elegant Lines Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Scallop Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Boho Blossoms Punch, 5-Petal Punch, Doily Triple Layer Punch, Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch, Oval All Stamp Set, Clear Rhinestone Brads, and Frost White Shimmer Paint. I love the Shimmer Paint, add just a bit to Rubbing Alcohol in a Spray Bottle and you have a great way to add shimmer and shine to any project. You can really see it on this one and it really adds a touch of elegance to any project. Well, I am off I hear my stamps calling my name and I get some new items tomorrow. I can't wait to play with them. :) Thanks for stopping by and as always let me know if I can help you in any way. Tonya

Turtle Time

Good evening! When I was working on the Baby Shower Invites that I showed you last week I decided to case a layout from the 2010-2011 Catalog and make another card with the cute little turtle. I started with a base of Pear Pizzazz and added some Perfect Polka Dot Texture with the Big Shot. I then added some Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Bashful Blue Patterns Designer Series Paper and Old Olive Card Stock in strips to the center of the card. I stamed the turtle from Fox and Friends using Old Olive and Early Espresso Stampin' Write Markers to ink him up. I colored a few of his spots with the So Saffron and Bashful Blue Stampin' Write Marker before I punched it out with the Wide Oval Punch. I added the oval to the center of the strips and it makes a nice focal point. I added a sentiment (which is now retired) to the bottom by stamping it on Pear Pizzazz Card Stock and then punching it out with the Word Window Punch. All ready to send to a new baby or add to a shower gift.
Today I have been busy working on swap cards and have one more design to go before Monday, plus I have Christmas Card ideas floating around so I will have details soon on my Christmas In July Class. Thanks for stopping by, if you haven't all ready checked out my Product Shares please scroll down and take a look. Enjoy the rest of your day, Tonya

Product Shares!

I love the start of the new catalog with all the new items that are available to purchase but to purchase them all can get costly and I have little patience to wait for the next month. :) Probably why I became a Demonstrator. With that in mind I started doing product shares. These allow you to sample all the new products with out breaking the bank. This year I am offering several options which include.
Designer Series Paper Share: This share includes the Designer Series Papers on pages 184-185, and 186 with the exception of the Pattern Designer Series Paper Stack which are a carryover from last year. There are 78 6" x 6" sheets of Designer Series Paper for the cost of $20. This price does not include shipping if you are not a local customer but I will ship the cheapest option and will let you know the cost before I ship.
Ribbon Shares:
1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon Share includes 1 yard of each of 10 colors for only $8.25.
3/8" Ruffled Ribbon includes 1 yard of all 5 colors for $5.75
Taffeta Ribbon Share which includes both the new 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon and the new 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon colors. 9 new ribbon colors 1 yard of each for only $7.00
Grosgrain Ribbon Share: Includes the new 1 1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon and the new 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon Colors. There are 11 new colors, 1 yard of each for $9.70
Denim and Satin Ribbon Share: It includes 1 yard of the new Denim Jean Ribbons and 1 yard of the 3 new Satin ribbons for only $3.70
If you would like to get all the new ribbons which is 40 yards of ribbon the cost is only $30. I will order the shares as they fill so please let me know if you are interested. Just like the Designer Series Paper Share I will let you know a shipping cost prior to your order being placed if you are not a local customer.
Thank and stop by later today when I will have a new card to share with you. Thanks and have a great day, Tonya
